We strive to do everything possible to give our clients exactly what it is they need from a transcription company. This includes our Lanier VoiceWrite system, which makes it possible for clients to pick up the telephone and dictate their reports whether they are at home, at the office, or on the road.

Pricing Policy:

It is most fair to you to consider your circumstances before assigning a number to them. Pricing is, therefore, negotiable. A number of variables are considered when determining the price charged:

	•	Whether or not the client is willing to use
		our dictating system or let us access theirs.
	•	What method is needed for returning work.
	•	Turnaround time required.
	•	Method of correction and/or modifying
		reports.
	•	Volume of work anticipated. (Volume
		discounts may apply to your office!)
